This is a great-looking hotel situated on the opposite side of Lake Disney from the New York Hotel. Just one note of caution for this hotel though. This is a relaxing and quiet place to stay, conveniently located just 10 minutes walk from the park gates, and as such, I can very highly recommend it. However, the secret is out! This affordable hotel is very very popular during busy times and I can't help thinking that the staircases and elevators weren't designed to cope with so many people. I'm sure everything is perfectly safe, but I have to confess to a little claustrophobia whilst queuing to get down the stairs. Stay here during school term-time and you'll love it. During the school holidays, try The Cheyenne or The New York. There is a concierge service available up on the " Admiral's Floor" which costs just a little extra and is well worth considering. Hotel Facilities: 1,098 rooms (inc. 15 suites and 23 rooms for the differently-abled). All rooms have minibar and air conditioning. Four conference rooms. Nantucket Pool (indoor/outdoor heated pool). Health Club. Croquet Field (handy...) Children's playground. Seahorse Club games room. Laundry/dry cleaning service In-room baby sitting service. Convention centre with 1800m² of meeting space and 3000m² of exhibition space. 2 restaurants (Yacht Club and Cape Cod) Bars/Lounges: Fisherman's Wharf. Shop: Bay Boutique (Disney themed gifts and nautically themed items) Free water taxi rides over to the New York Hotel (but it's quicker to walk). 					It is not always wise to call the dedicated booking service " Disneyland Direct" in the UK, as oftentimes rather than buying a package, you should book your hotel accommodation and buy your passes separately as it usually works out much cheaper. If you do want to call them to compare prices, their number is +44 0990 03 03 03 (or 0990 03 03 03 from within the UK). They are very reluctant to give out 'accommodation only' prices, so tell them that you have a " Fantasia" Annual Pass and won't need to pay for passes. That should do the trick. If you do have problems (I almost always have!) simply call the Hotel Directly on the number given above. Most telephone and reception staff speak English fluently.
