The Land


	The Circle of Life - A special movie featuring Simba, Pumbaa and Timon for the Lion King. Basically this a pretty eye-opening lesson to us all. As the story unfolds, guests are confronted by a series of spectacular images, both beautiful and nightmarish, depicting man's treatment of the environment round the world. Another 'must see', and a fabulous air-conditioned rest for your tired legs!

	Food Rocks - An odd selection of animatronic food performs for us, subtly letting us know what we should eat, and what we shouldn't. The artistes presented for our delectation include Pita Gabriel (Peter Gabriel) singing to the tune of Sledgehammer, the Peach Boys (Beach Boys) an apple, pear, peach and orange group who sing Good Nutrition (Good Vibrations), The Sole of Rock and Roll (inspired by Cher) singing a version of The Shoop Shoop Song and the Refrigerator Police (The Police) make an eerie appearance through the blue mist in the refrigerator singing a new version of Every Breath You Take. Guest appearances also include Neil Mousaka (Neil Sedaka), Chubby Cheddar (Chubby Checker), Richard (Little Richard) and Get-the-Point Sisters (Pointer Sisters).

	Living With The Land - Take a gentle boat ride through many types of 'biomes' environments designed to replicate tropical rain forests or a desert or the American prairie or even a small turn of the century family farm. This is a popular and fascinating attraction where all types of growing methods are experimented with - including growing plants in space!

	Behind The Seeds - This is an hour long guided tour behind the scenes of the Living With The Land attraction. The cost is justified (Cost is $6.00 per adult and $4.00 per child), and you can book your tour at the Green Thumb Emporium.

	SHOPS Green Thumb Emporium - Seeds, topiaries, hydroponic plants, books and kitchen accessories

	RESTAURANTS AND REFRESHMENTS The Garden Grill Restaurant - A very nice restaurant for families, and it features character dining too. Sunshine Season Food Fair - Very fresh very healthy food. So much to choose from including the Disney Handwich (a sandwich designed to be eaten with just one hand! A real novelty in the USA!).
