I would put this hotel at 5 stars even though it's officially a 5-star deluxe. I found hardly anybody who speaks English there - not that they should, but it could be a little inconvenient. The place is clean and tidy (but this Japan so it would be) and looks very nice. You can try this link to the Tokyu Group's website, but they obviously don't depend too heavily on international bookings because it seems quite hard to find out anything about this hotel outside of Japan.
