Tokyo Disneyland's Location
Tokyo Disneyland lies just outside of Central Tokyo in Urayasu City (Urayasu-shi). It's very well serviced by all forms of transport and roads. The nearest station to Disneyland is Maihama Station and the best way to go into Tokyo City (or back from Tokyo City) is by train. The train maps that you will see look a little daunting as the Station names are in Japanese, but both Maihama and Tokyo Stations have maps in English displayed alongside the Japanese ones. Don't worry, you won't miss your station because you can't read Japanese!
