Typhoon Lagoon's Attractions
These are all water-based attractions (with
the exception of the Grotto and the Glen).
There's a great upbeat atmosphere here with
70's surfing music, chart music and soft rock.
The attractions are designed for speed and intensity -
you have been warned!
Typhoon Lagoon - An incredible surf pool holding 2.75 million gallons of water! Check the signs in the beach area to see what time the surf's up.

Castaway Creek - A continuous flowing river surrounding the entire park. You can hop on a tube at lots of points and circle the park. Great for that tan.

Ketchakiddee Creek - Slides, raft rides, and bubbling jets for little ones in this huge area just to the west of the Bay Slides.
Keelhaul Falls - Raft/tube ride similar to Mayday Falls behind the main lagoon (To choose between Keelhaul and Mayday, just go for the shortest line!).
Mayday Falls - Raft/tube ride similar to Keelhaul Falls also behind the main lagoon (As ever, to choose between Keelhaul and Mayday, just go for the shortest line!).
Gang Plank Falls - Family raft/tube ride where up to six guests can ride the falls in the same tube.

Humunga Kowabunga - Twin speed body-slides, weighing in at an amazing 214 almost vertical feet!
Storm Slides - Three body slides in a row. The two outside slides are a bit longer and faster, but there's a special surprise for guests on the middle slide. AAARRRGGGHHH! (ooops!, nearly gave the game away.)
Shark Reef - Salt water snorkelling experience with sharks!

Bay Slides - Body slides for younger children.
Forgotton Grotto - Lush trail with photo opportunities, but don't trust the confusing directional signs. Take your map!.
Getaway Glen - A quiet picnic area away from the hustle and bustle.

  • Singapore Sal's - Beachwear, Disney souvenirs, sunscreen, towels etc.

  • Leaning Palms - Burgers, sandwiches, pizza and salads.

  • Typhoon Tilly's - Sandwiches, snacks, salads and spirits.
  • Lowtide Lou's - Snacks, ice cream and sodas.
  • Let's Go Slurpin' - Frozen drink specialities and spirits.
